About Cayla

Cayla Rose is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, CA. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, she immediately found her place in the entertainment industry as a vocalist, actor, and dancer. Her experience on stage and in the recording studio has crafted her into a fresh-voiced singer and emotional lyricist with an edgy style that continues to evolve and grow. Cayla has appeared on stage at the Heart of America Competition in Nashville, TN, Patio Playhouse, CA, a Brea Idol Winner in her local town, and on tour for National American Miss 2014-2015 in Chicago, IL, NYC, NY Jacksonville, FL and Anaheim, CA. She has graced the runway of LA Fashion Week for various designers, as well as onscreen in Red Vinyl and as a Disney and Nickeloden Voice-Over Artist. She has competed and won the title of National All-American Miss Jr. Preteen, National Citrus Queen Preteen, USA National Miss California Jr. Teen, National American Miss California Preteen and currently National American Miss Orange County. Since then, Cayla worked with Josh Monroy at Studio1Zero to write, record and release her single, Sideways. She is working with OC Hit Factory to produce her first album.

When she isn't lighting up the stage with her talent, Cayla spends her time eating too-much sushi, spending time with her two younger brothers and catching up on the newest Anime drama. She also donates her time to charity. She has founded her own organization, Snuggles for Service Members, is a committee member of Talent4Epilepsy, a mentor for special needs girls with the Miss Amazing pageant and an avid fundraiser for local charities and food drives. She has recently received the President's Service Award, The Spirit of Volunteerism Award nominated by Talent4Epilepsy, A Gold Seal Presidential Award of Academic Excellence, is an enrolled College student at the young age of 15 and a recent inductee of the National Honor’s Society. She holds a Vice President leadership role for her youth group and is on regional general board for the great state of California. Someday, she wants to travel the world and share her gift and passion for music, while leaving a little sparkle everywhere she goes.
